Pusher SealsPusher seals are wonderful options to avoid wearing of seal face associated with their misalignment. This type of mechanical seal tends to rotate in axial direction surrounding the rotating shaft to maintain contact with seal face. Raw materials like ceramic, TC or SIC have been chosen to design sat faces of these seals. Pusher seals are equipped with GFT/carbon/Tc/SiC made ring face, EPDM/viton/NBR elastomer and metal shaft having maximum 100 mm diameter. These pusher seals can be used at maximum 260 degree C operating temperature ( although this temperature varies as per the material of elastomer) and at maximum 8 bar of operating pressure. |
